Would you like to cover your roof top terrace? Install a new air-con? Or put a wooden floor in your living room?  Or perhaps your bathroom needs a make-over?   We can do any kind of repair and maintenance work, no matter how big or small.

Appliance Repair

Your washing machine, fridge, dehumidifier, air-con, etc. are broken and you don’t know who to call?  We’ll call who’s just right for you and make sure your appliances get taken care of promptly and efficiently.

Contract Negotiations

Not sure whether you’re getting a fair deal on your new apartment?  First the owner said that the parking lot was included in the rental, but suddenly he wants an extra charge?  We’ll help you negotiate your contracts, making sure you’re getting the best possible deal.

Landlord Communication

You desperately need the landlord to fix something in your apartment, but cannot get him to do it?  Or perhaps you would like to ask him for permission to change something in your apartment, but the communication is not going well?  We’ll help you to communicate with the landlord.  We have a lot of experience shifting stuck to smooth.

Accompanied Shopping

Just got here and need to do the big shopping (furniture, appliances, food, etc.), but not sure where to go?  We’ll pick you up at your apartment with our van and drive you to exactly the places where you need to go to get your needs met. After you’re done with the shopping we’ll drive you and those things that you bought and that can fit safely into our van back to your apartment.  As always, we’ll charge you by the hour for this service, and we do not take commission from any of the shops.  That means that we are free to take you exactly where you need to go.

Interior Design

Before I forget to mention it, I am an interior designer by profession, and I’ve been working in Taipei for almost thirty years (that’s how I know all about home maintenance in Taipei).  So, if you have any larger interior decoration projects in mind, I would love to hear about that too!
